GTS has a great career opportunity for fluent French and English speakers to join a large IT organisation based in Hampton, Peterborough.
Immediate starts are available.
This is an onsite role offering a contract to begin, with a view to becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career-driven people.
The successful candidate will join a large team, working on a Help Desk offing IT Support. This is a shift based role working 7.5 hrs on a rota basis between the hours of 07:00 – 21.00, including 2 weekends a month
You will be fluent in French and English speaking, with strong all-round communication skills. This is essential and will be tested during contract jobs Peterborough interviews.
The ideal candidate will have worked in an IT services, Customer Services, or call centre environment. However, candidates with a passion for IT, along with a good level of customer service experience and the ability to learn process-driven IT activities will be considered.
