We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established organisation in London on an initial one-month contract. This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide top-notch customer service.
First Point of Contact:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of enquiries and providing exceptional service.
Professional Communication:
Communicate professionally and clearly by telephone in various circumstances with different types of customers. Maintain control of the conversation and a calm demeanour at all times.
Complex Enquiries:
Handle complex enquiries and issues, dealing effectively with more demanding customers.
Council Policies and Procedures:
Have a broad understanding of council policies and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.
Customer Service Skills :
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
IT Proficiency:
Strong navigation and keyboard skills, along with knowledge of IT software and systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Call Centre Experience:
Proven experience of at least one year working in a busy, pressurized environment of a call or contact centre.
Customer Service Experience:
Demonstrable skills in customer service, with a proven ability to handle complex enquiries and demanding customers.
Rota System:
Willingness to work to a rota system covering business hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
