Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for hands-on technical support? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide top-tier service to our clients across Ireland.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Travel to customer sites nationwide to provide technical support
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
🔹 Deliver high-quality customer service and technical expertise
🔹 Keep detailed records of actions taken and resolutions in Autotask
🔹 Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week in 4)

What You’ll Need

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or field service
✅ Strong knowledge of PCs, Windows operating systems, servers, and networking hardware
✅ A full, clean Irish driver’s license
