✅ Travel: Up to 75% within assigned territory

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Onsite Technical Support

✔ Provide expert hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.

✔ Deliver onsite customer support to minimise downtime and optimise system performance.

✔ Use remote and onsite diagnostic tools to analyse hardware, software logs, and storage area networks.

⚙ Troubleshooting & Repairs

✔ Identify and resolve technical faults in OEM data centre hardware.

✔ Ensure all repairs, upgrades, and system configurations follow customer-specific procedures.

📦 Inventory & Parts Management

✔ Track and manage parts inventory to ensure smooth service delivery.

✔ Conduct regular inventory checks and handle timely returns of defective parts.

📋 Administrative & Compliance Duties

✔ Complete audit forms, timesheets, and expense reports.

✔ Maintain clear communication with the customer support centre and attend team meetings.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Required Skills & Experience

🔹 Minimum 7 years’ experience in field service & OEM data centre hardware.

🔹 Strong technical expertise in hardware, storage area networks, and system configurations.

🔹 Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.

🔹 Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach.

🔹 Willingness to work irregular hours and provide 24/7 support as per SLAs.

🔹 Valid driver’s license (essential for travel within the territory).

🔹 Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Server+ (required).

💪 Physical & Other Requirements

✔ Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, and bending for extended periods.

✔ Must pass background screenings required by customers and employer.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
