1st Line Service Desk Analyst
N.B this role will fall within IR 35 so applicants need to have right to work with no visa restrictions or have a British Passport.
The successful candidate will join a large team, working on a Help Desk offering IT Support. This is a shift based role working 7.5 hrs on a rota basis between the hours of 06:00 – 19.00, including weekends. (Two weekends every month)
This role is offering a contract to begin with, with a view to becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career-driven people.
The ideal candidate will have worked in an IT services, Customer Services, or call centre environment. However, candidates with a passion for IT, along with a good level of customer service experience and the ability to learn process-driven IT activities will be considered.
Immediate starts are available.
You will be fluent in French and English speaking, with strong all-round communication skills. This is essential and will be tested during the interview.
