Firstly, troubleshooting, Diagnostic, installation, maintenance and repair of designated equipment.
Secondly, maintenance, field modifications and IMAC work
Also, over 50% of the day will include travel therefore you must be willing to travel
A very strong relationship with Dispatch is vital for this contract role
Furthermore, maintain and monitor communication tools including Phone, Voicemail and Email
Keep up-to-date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments
Ensure best practice standards and common sense are always sought
Maintaining tools, test equipment and Company supplied Vehicle.
Adherence to all part process and procedures
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Utilizing escalation and support process’s to resolve service delivery issues.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
Adhering to current regulatory requirements.
Adherence to all employee administration and deadlines, Overtime, Expenses, Mileage Declaration.

The below are requested for this contract however, equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities, may be acceptable. Subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
Firstly, ONC or equivalent IT qualification
Secondly, interfacing experience with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Also, must have a valid full UK driver’s license and a good driving record.
Three years’ experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Likewise, analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
Resourceful, with the ability to work on your own.
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Finally, must have a good attention to detail.
There are low levels of radioactive isotopes.
Also, there will be extended periods of computer usage and driving.
Finally, periodic overnight travel and working on your own.
