Infrastructure Sales Specialist / Consultant – Hybrid | £60K Base + £60K OTE

🚀 Drive New Business & Maximise Sales in IT Infrastructure Solutions! 🚀

We’re looking for a high-performing Infrastructure Sales Specialist/Consultant with a proven track record in selling IT infrastructure solutions to corporate and public sector clients. This hybrid role requires 1 day per week in Reading and offers a £60,000 base salary + £60,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, research, and tenders.
✅ Own and progress sales leads from internal teams and external partners.
✅ Sell IT infrastructure solutions, ICT Managed Services, Consultancy, and Hardware & Software solutions.
✅ Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM.
✅ Lead proposal preparation, tenders, and client presentations.
✅ Build and strengthen C-level stakeholder relationships.
✅ Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 Track record of winning & managing high-value deals.
🔹 Experience in tender submissions & framework-led sales.
🔹 Strong relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
