Job Overview

The IT Support Engineer will not be assigned to a single base site. This role requires covering various locations across London on a rotational basis and filling in for absences as needed.

Key responsibilities:

First, provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support.

Secondly, work on a shift schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Likewise, manage the ServiceNow ticketing system with accurate updates.

Also, support end users on NGD devices at the Tech Hub, with 90% of the role being customer-facing.

Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows and Mac devices.

Finally, demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office 365 and Teams.

Also needed:

Firstly, candidates should be based in or near London, with the flexibility
to commute and adapt to a schedule that may require alternating between
early and late shifts.
Secondly, technical skills—a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ticketing system, Windows, Mac, Azure, and NGD deployments—are essential.
Lastly, candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
