This role is for a sales advisor/customer service representative located in Newcastle. The hourly rate is between £15 and £17. This role is inside IR35; as a result, it is only suited to umbrella contractors.
The hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., working 7.5 hours. shifts between Monday and Friday and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. 37.5 hours a week. Weekend work is required.

Our client has a long-established partnership with a major UK high street bank, where they manage their personal lending business. They provide support to customers who are looking for new and additional borrowing from the bank.
We are looking for a candidate to join our client’s team of Needs Met/Sales Advisors, putting the customers at the heart of everything they do every day.

Further, have a good eye for detail, ensuring customer details are captured and recorded accurately.
Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR experience working with computer systems
A team player who enjoys collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and working together to identify continuous improvement ideas.
And through all this, achieve the key performance indicators.
Work Environment
The role is predominantly an office-based one working on our site, with the opportunity for hybrid work upon attaining competence in the role. Induction training is for a period of 6 weeks with a mix of classroom and on-the-job training.
The working hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, they work in a 6–8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared amongst all colleagues.
