If you are looking for jobs in Basingstoke, GTS has a great contract opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator. This role will join a blue-chip company at their prestigious offices in Basingstoke. The contract term is 3 months, but this may get extended.

A DBS check is required for this role; candidates must either already have one or be willing to go through a check before the start date.

This role is inside IR35 and it only suited to umbrella contractors

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to set and agree appointments for engineers
Re-arranged delayed appointments with customers.

Key skills and experience include:

Firstly, quicktypist
Secondly, you must be highly organised
Likewise, have good attention to detail.
Also, strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation as required
Furthermore, a flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks
Also, you must be able to multi-task and have good interpersonal skills.
Lastly, you must be PC literate with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.

This will be on a short-term, 3-month contract, possibly extending to a longer term.
