Our client is looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Discovery Consultant to join their team. The company is offering a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 and the flexibility of remote work for candidates based in the UK. The company is a leading provider of asset management services in the IT sector.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Firstly, have a comprehensive understanding of how ServiceNow Discovery collects data.

Secondly, proficiency in navigating the user interface and configuring the management database (CMDB)

Furthermore, have the ability to set up mid-servers and obtain or test device credentials.

Also, be experienced in maintaining and updating services in the CMDB.

Familiarity with the classification of configuration items and executing a horizontal search

Lastly, have the capability to integrate with third-party management software and troubleshoot any issues.

Additional benefits to this role include cross-training in BMC Discovery and sponsorship for ITIL training in the first year.
