The key responsibilities:

Firstly, test and wipe iPhone 12 devices

Secondly, create support reports

Likewise, confirm return of leavers mobile devices to warehouse and updating trackers

Also, answer emails\queries\sim orders

Packaging and returning returned duplicate iPhone 12 orders

Collating current orders to be passed to Project team and then closing the Tasks in ServiceNow

Working through returned phones to the warehouse,

Checking them over to see if they can be re-used

Updating to the latest iOS

Cleaning phones

Check the ServiceNow queue for Damaged\Faulty replacements

Reach out to the user for delivery details

Package the device and book a courier to deliver this.

Collating delivery details for delivery and sending to O2 –

Dealing with Incidents passed to the queue from SD or onsite teams

Furthermore, updating Asset Database and Log Warranty Calls

Key Experience Needed

Most importantly, previous experience in an IT Role or IT qualifications required
