GTS’s jobs in Letchworth Garden City has a great contract role for a Customer Service Advisor. The hourly rate is £12.50 and the initial contract is 3 month but this may be extended. The role is site based and is 5 days a week in Letchworth Garden City
The role is inside IR35 and is only suitable for Umbrella contractors
The post holder will be a customer service expert acting as the public face and voice of our client. The role deals with customers regarding a multitude of issues relating to the delivery of services.
Also, will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries. This includes point of enquiry, retaining responsibility for the enquiry until it is resolved, tracking these enquiries, chasing if necessary, and bringing the enquiry to a satisfactory conclusion.
Firstly, operate professionally as an individual and team member for the benefit of the customer at all times. Also, regularly contributing ideas, suggestions and feedback to Team Leaders thus provide a valuable contribution to the effectiveness and continued success of the client.
Likewise, keep up to date with developments, services and information relating to the CSC.
Furthermore, operate a number of computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programmes, CRM system, telephony systems (including switchboard and call distribution), websites/intranet
lastly, take a flexible approach to the changing patterns of work within the CSC and undertake other duties consistent with the job purpose and grade of post.
