Are you an experienced IT professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic Managed Services environment? We’re hiring a Managed Service Support Engineer to help optimise and enhance our customers’ IT systems, working both remotely and on-site in Dublin.

Responsibilities

🔹 Alerts Management: Take primary responsibility for handling tickets in the Alerts queue
🔹 Continuous Improvement: Work with the Managed Services team to refine processes and reduce ticket volume
🔹 Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address recurring alerts to improve system stability
🔹 Customer Compliance: Review and report on updates, antivirus, vulnerability scans, and SOC coverage
🔹 Onboarding & Deployment: Support agent deployment and customer projects
🔹 System Maintenance: Research and develop repeatable software maintenance solutions
🔹 Firewall Configuration: Implement and manage firewall changes for security and toolset optimization
🔹 Client Engagement: Work closely with customers during onboarding and rollout projects

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in an MSP Support Centre role or similar
Self-starter mindset, with a drive for efficiency and process improvement
Knowledge of Datto RMM and alerts queue management (essential)
Firewall configuration experience
