We have an exciting opportunity for a NATO Cleared Project Manager to join a prestigious blue-chip organisation in Mons on an initial 12-month contract. If you are an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT and have the necessary NATO clearance, this role offers a competitive pay rate of 500 euros per day.
Project Delivery:
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality tolerances.
IT Project Management:
Oversee IT projects across various domains, ensuring milestones are met.
Resource Deployment:
Identify, plan, request, and manage resources to meet project milestones, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
User Requirements & Analysis:
Understand user requirements, perform analysis, and propose effective solutions.
Procurement Strategy:
Develop procurement strategies, conduct benefit-risk analysis, and create business cases to secure sponsor acceptance and funding.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control project financial status and execute necessary project management duties.
Quality Assurance:
Execute essential quality assurance functions to ensure successful delivery of capabilities and services.
Reporting:
Report to steering committees and boards.
Project Monitoring:
Monitor and control project plans, execution, implementation, and testing.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Project Management Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in project management within large international companies.
Certifications:
Certified in project management (Prince 2 or PMI PMP).
Technological Expertise:
Experience with state-of-the-art technologies relevant to the work.
Project Management Tools:
Proficiency in using project management tools.
Agile & Service Management:
Certified and experienced in Agile Project Management, including Scrum, and Service Management (ITIL V3 or V4).
Supplier & Contract Management:
Experience in supplier management, negotiations, conflict resolution, and contract management.
NATO Procurement Process:
Knowledge and experience with NATO’s procurement process for ICT projects.
IT Infrastructure Implementation:
Experience in implementing large IT infrastructure projects, including data centres, networking, security, and end-user devices.
