This role is located in  Stockbridge, Hampshire (commutable from Salisbury, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, and Winchester) ,The salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum  and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (with participation in extended hours telephone service on rotation).

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated New Business Sales Consultant to join their team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, selling our care services and products. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining the company’s ethos of high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

First, build and manage relationships with potential customers via phone and in person.

Second, respond to leads and inquiries, educating potential customers on our services.

Furthermore, provide excellent customer service, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Also, negotiate pricing and close deals that align with the company’s goals.

Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Travel to meet with clients and present the company’s offerings.

Lastly, prepare and present sales reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

First, you must have a degree or postgraduate qualification.

Also, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally in a service-driven industry, with a proven track record.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.

Effective influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Clean driving license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Asana project management software is a plus.
