If you are looking for part time sales jobs, we have an great role for a Sales Administrator to join a blue chip company in Andover on a permanent basis. This role is part time, 15 hours a week and is office based. The salary is Up to £9,600 per year.
Key Tasks
Administrative Duties
Firstly, create quotes/offers and process purchase orders
Secondly, manage invoicing and support in CRM update
Also, assist with taking telephone calls.
Furthermore, be able to take over order processing during holiday, season or sick leave
Lastly, D&B Credit check and monthly statements
Key Experience
Firstly, must be self-motivation and commitment; a “Can Do” attitude
Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Likewise, able to work to deadlines and to be adaptable to change
Also, be conscientious and organised
Furthermore, be willing to work as part of a team
Ability to work flexibly, providing cover for colleagues when required
IT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks.
Be able to work independently and maintain an eye for detail
Lastly, prioritise and manage own workload
