Excellent opportunity for a specialist with Timegate rostering software to join a large UK based company. The role is the equivalent to a 2nd / 3rd line support, but with the candidate being a Timegate subject matter expert.
This is a remote role that is only suitable for UK based candidates as there is a need for onsite meetings once per month / once per quarter.
As an experience Timegate Product Specialist you will be the ‘go to’ person within the business for this technology. You with have ultimate advisory on it and resolve technical issues surrounding it.
Firstly, incident Resolution and Incident SLAs/KPIs
Secondly, Major Incident Troubleshooting, Incident Resolution and Incident SLAs/KPIs
Likewise, Raising Emergency Change and Creation of Event Alerts
Event Threshold Reviews, Reactive Problem Management and Creation of Reactive Problem Records
Root Cause Analysis and Known Issues/Workarounds
Known Issue Awareness, Raising Problem Risk and Raising Problem Change
Identification of CSI Opportunities, Service Request Fulfilment and Service Request SLAs/KPIs
Risk Mitigation and Raising an Operational Change
Operational Change Impact Assessment, Operational Change Risk Assessment, Operational Change Review, Operational Change Scheduling, Operational Change Planning, Operational Change Testing and Operational Change Implementation
Operational Standard Change Implementation
Raising Knowledge Gaps and Knowledge Item Creation
Also, Monitoring Capacity, Chases, Supplier Relationship Management, Operational Reviews and Contract Expiry Alerting
Lastly, Contract Negotiations
