If you are looking for remote IT support jobs, we have a great role for an Infoblox Support Consultant. This role is remote working; however, you will need to be BPSS cleared and UK-based for this position.
The target start date is August 19th, 2024. The contract term is 2 weeks full-time, with potential handover time starting next week. The date rate is £320 per day.
We are seeking a BPSS-cleared Infoblox Support Consultant to join our client team starting on August 19, 2024. This role involves providing specialised support for Infoblox tasks and ensuring smooth operations and the effective implementation of documented changes. The work is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the UK.
Grid Join:
First, join new Grid members via CLI.
Secondly, troubleshoot Grid Join issues.
Also, assist the firewall team with the required ports.
Licensing:
Manage grid and service licenses through the Infoblox Support Portal.
Furthermore, upload grid and service licenses via CLI and GUI.
DDI Setup:
Create DNS Name Server Groups, Establish DHCP failover associations,
Create network views and Set up extensible attributes.
Import IPAM networks and network containers from CSV files.
RBAC (Role-Based Access Control):
Configure Admins, Admin Groups, Roles, and Permissions.
Restrict access via GUI, API, or CLI.
CA Certificates:
Generate Infoblox CSR.
Upload CA-signed certificates.
Documentation:
Update the detailed-level design documents.
Write handover documentation for the service desk.
First, you must have a strong experience with Infoblox, including grid join, licensing, DDI setup, RBAC, and CA certificates.
Likewise, proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing changes within the Infoblox environment.
Also, have the ability to manage and update detailed documentation.
The consultant will replace an outgoing full-time consultant, with work expected to take approximately two weeks.
The role involves significant ongoing tasks, including creating and updating documentation, indicating a more comprehensive project than a short-term assignment.
