Marketing and Sales Executive
GTS has a great role for a Marketing and Sales Executive. This role is based in Reading and the salary is between £25,000 – 35,000 plus on base + OTE.
Firstly, great track record in sales support roles, marketing, or events coordination preferably in the IT industry.
Secondly, track record of IT Service Management sales and IT Service industry
Also, wealth of existing connections in the industry would be advantageous
Likewise, successful track record of at least 3 years B2B sales experience
Be a new business winner as well as an experienced account manager
Proven ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships
Must be able to identify client issues/needs and translate into compelling solutions to address clients &requirements
Furthermore, produce compelling presentations
Ability to engage, motivate, influence and negotiate at all levels
Excellent commercial and relationship negotiation skills and business acumen
Must be highly motivated self-starter, ready to hit the ground running
Also, be able to identify cross-selling opportunities
Likewise, degree level educated, preferably in business/management
Furthermore, strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Familiarity with various marketing and sales tools, such as CRM software e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant marketing and design tools.
Knowledge of IT products and services.
Experience with event planning and execution, including virtual events.
Experienced in creating & sending out mass promotional emails.
The following would be advantageous:
Certification in digital marketing including Google, Facebook or HubSpot
Able to create marketing materials using Adobe or other similar products.
Blog posts using keywords and SEO.
Marketing tooling or automation platforms would be a bonus.
Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Able to set up building materials and welcome plan.
Experienced in creating social media content and hashtags
Assist the executive management in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral for client
Generate leads by cold calling prospective clients, confirm meetings and following up marketing
Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
Forecast sales targets, submit monthly progress reports and ensure that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company CRM system
Lastly, track record in report activity on accounts
Firstly, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company & unique selling propositions and differentiations
Secondly, increase sales pipeline, from lead sourcing to account management Present (new) services and enhance
Also, liaise with C-level executives operating in large, international blue chips across all business
Finally, conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends to support the sales team efforts.
