Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager / Business Development Lead, your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Sales Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, client meetings, and presentations. Establish and drive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, target key markets, and develop strategies for client acquisition. Grow the company’s presence in existing markets and explore new verticals for long-term expansion.
Sales Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture and provide ongoing coaching and support for team development.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and board members to align business development strategies with company objectives and contribute to overall strategic planning.
Sales Operations Optimization: Ensure smooth operations, continuously improve workflows, and track performance metrics to drive efficiency.
