IT Contract role overview:

This contract is for a Salesforce Architect (Service & Sales) located in Düsseldorf, Germany. This is a Monday-Friday position with standard office hours. The day rate is 500-600 euros.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Düsseldorf on an initial 18 month contract

Experience needed:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Düsseldorf on an initial 18 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in sales and service cloud and 2+ years as a business analyst.

You should have a background in Telco CRM and the ability to discuss and analyse client requirements, propose out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions, and document user stories.

Experience with marketing clouds, communication clouds (Vlocity), JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.

Salesforce certification is required, and fluency in the German language is mandatory.
