Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ERP Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Geneva. This role focuses on data analysis, process optimization, and reporting across key ERP domains, including finance (Record-to-Report), procurement (Procure-to-Pay), and sales (Order-to-Cash). The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ERP data analysis, with strong expertise in SAP ECC and related analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize ERP data flows across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
• Work with large-scale, high-transaction ERP environments to improve data quality and integrity.
• Develop data validation methods and conduct process mapping to optimize ERP performance.
• Utilize SAP Query, SAP ABAP Query, and SAP Data Browser for in-depth data analysis.
• Build dashboards and reports using SAP BW, Power BI, or similar tools to provide business insights.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, and sales teams to translate data findings into actionable improvements.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in large enterprises or industries with complex global financial operations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods).
• Strong understanding of multi-department ERP environments and high transaction volumes.
• Familiarity with ERP process dependencies, ensuring data integrity across functions.

Technical & Soft Skills:

✅ ERP Systems: Expert in SAP ECC (strongly preferred).
✅ Process Analysis: Skilled in end-to-end process mapping (P2P, O2C, R2R).
✅ Data Analytics: Proficient in SAP analytics, reporting, and validation tools.
✅ Business Intelligence: Experience with SAP BW, Power BI for dashboard creation.
✅ Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
✅ Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of translating data into business insights.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ERP certification(s) (SAP preferred).
