Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the network and applications domains within NATO environments. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end service activities from project startup to closure, working closely with stakeholders and independently overseeing requirements, implementation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage user requirements gathering
• Execute solicitation activities, including RFQs
• Oversee project execution, ensuring documentation, testing, and final delivery
• Independently act as Requirements Manager, Implementation Manager, and Test Manager when needed
• Ensure alignment with NATO project management processes and procurement procedures

Required Technical Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience in managing and implementing network and application projects in defence domains
• Formal qualifications in Prince2 and/or PMP
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow
• (Asset) Prior experience in or with NATO, with thorough knowledge of NATO project management and procurement

• Highly autonomous and able to multitask
• Strong under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English
