Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in defence, NATO, or government projects? We are looking for highly skilled professionals to lead critical projects in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.

This role is based 100% onsite in Brussels, Belgium, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact defence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage projects in accordance with NATO regulations and policies.
• Gather client requirements, collect data, and develop business cases.
• Conduct quality assurance surveys to ensure project success.
• Lead and supervise project teams, managing resources in both direct and matrix environments.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, track KPIs, manage cash flow, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure realistic project plans are maintained and executed effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree + 3 years of recent project management experience, OR
• If no degree, 10+ years of project management experience is required.
• Proven experience in managing NATO or government acquisition projects.
• Project Management Certification – PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP.
• Expertise in planning, design, system engineering, and implementation of C4ISR systems.
• Experience in network design and multimedia communications systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Engineering background with a focus on technical leadership.
• Experience with project management automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms.
