If you are looking at service delivery manager jobs, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager with NATO clearance. This contract role is to join a blue chip company on an initial one year contract in Mons. This role is 37.5 hours per week and site based.

Contract overview

Firstly, control and supervise the execution of the IT services processes, in order to assure the continuity and the availability of the services

Secondly, assure the utilisation of the processes for events management

Furthermore, ensure the management of IT incidents. Make suggestions in order to improve the processes.

Also, support the response process. Audit the processes.

Participate to the change processes.

Lastly, deliver priorities

Technical skills needed

Firstly, master in Science

Secondly, experience in. ITIL version 3 :

Likewise, Service strategy, Service design, · Service transition, continual service improvement and Service management.

Lastly, experience in service operations and service management

 

Soft skills required

Must work with limited supervision, may lead others

Also, be able to multiple tasks in the same time

Likewise, have strong organization

Finally. Excellent communication skills.
