Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions with a focus on customisation, configuration, and integration of various modules. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, participate in technical design sessions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Customise ServiceNow functionality to suit client needs and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Participate in technical design sessions to identify optimal solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Implement enhancements and fixes to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform developments and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar development role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
• Experience in implementing and customising ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in IT service management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on ServiceNow issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Contract Duration:

This is a 12 – 24 month contract.
