VIP IT Support Engineer – Onsite | 3-Month Contract | Central London

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong VIP support background? We’re hiring for a prestigious financial client in Central London for an onsite 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

Role Overview:

📍 Location: Central London (Onsite)
Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
💰 Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella Only)
📆 Shifts: Rotational (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
🌍 Languages: Fluency in French is a plus

Key Skills & Experience:

VIP & Executive Support experience within the Finance sector (Essential)
Service Desk & Remote Support – Incident Management & Ticketing
Windows OS Support – Windows 7 & 10
Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365 (Desktop & Admin Support)
Azure Administration & Support (Required)
Exceptional Customer-Facing Skills – Professional & Well-Presented
Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
Service-Driven Mindset – Focus on Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

🔹 5+ Years’ Experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support
🔹 Proven VIP Support Experience in Finance (Essential)
🔹 Azure Administration & Support
