Remote account manager – ITSM ACCOUNT MANAGER – NEW BUSINESS / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Permanent role – £45,000 – £50,000, WITH FULL YEAR OTE CERCA £100K
Remote – UK and International Travel may be required.

We are looking for experienced ITSM Account Manager to join an existing team of new business sales and account managers. This is a new role due to rapid growth in the organisation expanding in to ITSM Tools Services. The Account Manager will find and close new business opportunities for our IT Service Management portfolio.
We are looking for a confident and energetic individual, someone who has a strong work ethic /highly driven to succeed! You would be up to date on the latest service management methodologies, in particular ITIL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Firstly, help the company build a successful and profitable ITSM practice.
Secondly, add value to our customers and partners.
Exceed agreed revenue and activity KPIs.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Firstly, BMC Discovery experience.
Secondly, EasyVista Service Management experience preferred, but not essential.
Also, must have a successful history of selling SaaS IT Service Management solutions.
Understand the sales process, from initial pipelining and lead generation to deal close. Also, full 360 sales and account management experience.
Understanding the MEDDIC sales methodology and why it is essential to success.
Furthermore, a commitment to excellent customer service.
Superb interpersonal skills, including quickly building report with prospects, customer, and
partners.
Most importantly, must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Finally, must be highly driven with a hunger to succeed.
