Job description

Understanding, documenting, reviewing, prioritizing and coordinating the Asset Management Improvements/Issues List Planning, driving and leading/supporting multiple Process improvement work streams and activities within the Asset Management  and proactively monitoring progress, resolving roadblocks and initiating appropriate corrective action.
Planning, organising and (co-)facilitating workshops with key stakeholders
Organizing and leading the necessary business scoping and design activities
Ensuring business and other Agency stakeholders are aware of the implications
Monitoring the issues / improvements and reporting on the progress
Assigning tasks to team members to ensure work stream objectives are completed.. Illustrative list of issues / improvements to be coordinated, • Local Stock management • Asset Write-off / Disposal process • Procure-to-Pay Process • Spare Parts / Consumables / Urgent Needs

Skills needed

Master Degree in MBA ( management and business Administration)
Experience of 5 years in
Change Management
Process Reengineering
Project Management
Experience in Domains : Asset Management, Procurement and Finance and transversal (interdomain )
Experience in design of new processes
Is a plus : Experience in Oracle ERP and in NATO
Personal skills
