If you are looking for contract jobs in Middlesbrough. We have an exciting opportunity for a first line ITSM Support to join our client on an initial 4 month contract.
This role is inside IR35 and it is only suitable for umbrella contractors.
This job in Middlesbrough is a site based role
Firstly, manage valid ITSM escalations (trends): developing remediation plans.
Secondly, manage ITSM Incidents & Service Tasks
Likewise, make sure operations methodologies are in place and followed (turnover, knowledge articles, human error avoidance, cross skilling, queue management)
Also, to liaison with Vodafone/Mobile Service Provider (ex. Ordering on VGE-CO portal)
Ensure technical procedures are in place and followed
Be the first point of contact for expedited requests or requests for update
Plan delivery models for future demand from growth and projects
Reporting governance and VGE-CO SLA reporting
Furthermore, integrate and cross leverage internal teams wherever possible
Develop & deliver continuous service improvement projects (transformation)
Onboard new countries/applications (according to process)
Lastly, you must adhere to the Agile process
Firstly, must have a good eye for details
Secondly, be a good player and work well on your own
Also, have excellent communications skills
Be a good time keeper
