GTS Jobs in Swindon has an exciting contract opportunity for a Junior PC Engineer. This is for a blue-chip company in Swindon. The initial contract is for 5 weeks but this may be extended.

This role is  suitable for umbrella contractors only and is inside IR35

Contractors will either need a valid DBS or be willing to put themselves through this upon offer

The key responsibilities are:

Firstly, monitor Firmware updates
Secondly, support Reporting
Also, answer emails and queries
Lastly, keep the database updated.

This role would suit a new IT engineer or somebody who has just qualified.

We are looking for someone that is:

Firstly, must have great customer skills.
Secondly, have a positive attitude, being calm and cheerful when things go wrong.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills. Can listen and say information clearly when you speak or write.
Be a good team player and help out when it gets busy.
Also, be a good time keeper.
Must be willing to learn and also be a fast learner.
Thinking skills . Good at problem solving and decision making

Key Experience Needed:

Some previous experience in an IT Role or IT qualifications required
