This role is for a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst based in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is Monday to Friday, standard office hours. The day rate is 600 to 700 euros, depending on experience.

Contract overview

Last, we are looking for a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in marketing cloud and 2+ years as a business analyst, for an initial 18 month contract.

Secondly, the perfect candidate would have a strong background in Telco CRM and be skilled in discussing and analysing client requirements, proposing out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions, and documenting user stories. Experience with sales, service cloud, communication cloud (Vlocity), JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.

Lastly, Salesforce certification and fluency in German are mandatory.
