GTS has a great opportunity for a fluent Hungarian and English-speaking Service desk/ Call Logger. You will join a large IT organisation based in Hampton, Peterborough.

The successful candidate will work with a friendly team. Working on an IT Support Help Desk. This is a shift-based role working 7.5 hrs on a rota basis between the hours of 08:00 – 20.00, including weekends. hours 8-5.30(Two weekends every month)

This role is offered as a contract, to begin with, with a view to becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career-driven people.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an IT services, Customer Services, Call logger or call centre environment. However, candidates with a passion for IT, along with a good level of customer service experience and the ability to learn process-driven IT activities will be considered.

Immediate start is available

You will be fluent in Hungarian and English speaking, with strong all-round communication skills. This is essential to the job role.
