Job Description

Provide level 1 and level 2 support for the ITSM applications.

Coordinate the supportb Group tickets.

Support the ITSM applications by performing health checks, validating data integrity, IT Service Continuity Management.

Implement procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the health of the ITSM applications

Document the ITSM applications.

Engage the continual service improvement.

Develop and manage the service request Definition in the Service request Portal.

Deliver the ITSM applications following the best practise standards.

Skills needed

Firstly, 3 years experience in ITSM, based on BMC ITSM suite, BMC Service Request Management and BMC smart Reporting

Secondly, working knowledge of System management of Windows and Linux operating system.
Lastly, experience and certification in ITIL ( v3 or V4).

Desirable :

Firstly, BMC Certification in ITSM, based on BMC ITSM Suite, BMC Service Request management and BMC Smart Reporting

Also, knowledge in SQL. Database administration. Data modelling and data representation. Experience in large IT infrastructure.

Suitable candidates will already hold valid NATO Security clearance.
