IT Support Engineer Jobs

If you are looking for IT Support Engineer jobs, we have an exciting contract role for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a well established organization in Bridgewater. The contract duration is 6 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00 with 1 hour lunch. No bank holiday working. DBS is needed for this contract. The day rate is £120 – £125.

This role is onsite and inside IR35, as a results, this position is only suited to Umbrella contractors

Needed for this role

Firstly, familiarity with mobile device management (MDM)
Secondly, experience in Android OS and a deep understanding of Android tablet configurations and settings
Also, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to Android tablets and associated software
Furthermore, have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
ICT / Technical experience
Lastly, strong Administrative Skills, alongside experience with ticketing tools.
