Field Services Coordinator
Job vacancies Peterborough. GTS has a new contract role for a Customer Services, Field Services Coordinator. You will be based in Peterborough. The salary is from £13 to £14.16 per hour.
Customer Services Overview:
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Some overtime may be needed on a weekend on a rota basis. Any weekend work can be completed remotely.
The contract term is 3 to 6 months. This may be extended and could be o be a permanent role.
As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will have excellent coordination and administration skills. Your customer service skills will be second to none!
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Firstly, use tools and information available to assign customer calls to the most appropriate engineer available to achieve SLA.
Allocate or order parts using our client systems. This is to ensure calls can be attended to and resolved within SLA.
Also, liaise with customers and ensure call notes are accurate and up to date.
Provide customer reporting for key customers and suppliers.
Ensure that issues are resolved. This is by liaising with internal departments.
Escalate incidents as required meeting required SLAs.
Participate in specific projects across the organisation when requested.
Finally, provide a courteous response to all calls. This includes receiving and logging updates from our client’s engineers, Service Desk and Workshop. Also, this includes Purchasing department, Third Party Suppliers, and Customers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Firstly, have excellent customer service and customer handling skills.
Have good telephone skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office products. For example, MS Word and
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and good at prioritising your workload.
Be able to work well within a team.
Also, strong attention to detail in updating call details.
Assertive, methodical, confident, positive, and professional manner.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Flexible, open to work and change.
Good problem solving skills.
Finally, be an experienced PC user with good keyboard skills.
Firstly, be a positive, enthusiastic, and supportive individual.
Ability to take ownership of and progress incidents to resolution.
Also, be able to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a team and support team members.
Finally, have good communication and interpersonal skills. This includes listening, building rapport, and establishing empathy. This is whilst you demonstrate awareness of internal and external issues in a calm and polite manner.
