NATO-cleared Service Quality Engineer

GTS has an excellent opportunity for a NATO-cleared Service Quality Engineer. This role will join a blue-chip company in Brussels. The initial contract term is a 9-month contract, but this may be extended.

Role overview

1. Define Service Quality Standards: Develop clear and measurable service quality standards based on a recognized Service Quality Framework tailored to the NATO Digital Workplace Centre.

Define Standards.

2. Implement Service Quality Improvement Strategies: Design and execute initiatives, activities, and tasks to enhance service quality based on the defined standards.

Develop strategies

Implement the strategies.

3. Establish Reporting Mechanisms: Develop a robust automated reporting system to regularly monitor and communicate service quality metrics and improvements to different levels of management: strategic, tactical, and operational.

Skills needed

Demonstrated proficiency in creating service quality models aligned with industry standards and tailored for organizational needs.

Knowledge of quality benchmarks like SERVQUAL, ISO 9000, and TQM, with a specific emphasis on IT services,

Capacity in partnering with technical experts to formulate metrics and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) for NDWC services,

Certifications in widely recognized service quality standards and/or frameworks are considered advantageous.

Suitable candidates will already hold valid NATO security clearance.
