If you are looking for desktop support jobs, GTS has some great roles. This role is for a contract Desktop Support Engineer in Waterford, Ireland. The contract term is a 1 month rolling contract.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, candidates must hold either Irish or British nationality.

Needed for this role:

Firstly, knowledge of current and past Microsoft windows operating systems
Secondly, experience with Microsoft 365 (including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Intune)
Also, experience in Windows imaging techniques (Network & Local)
Likewise, Microsoft Active Directory & Azure Active Directory knowledge
Remote desktop support tools experience and Desktop/printer configurations
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Must be able to work independently and part of a team
Experience and technical knowledge of IT, PC’s / peripherals, and their architecture
Break fix, IMACs, Incidents, small project works
Furthermore, experience with Ticket Management
Lastly, display flexibility and the ability to manage your day effectively
