GTS’s contract IT Jobs UK for a 2nd Line Support Engineer this is remote working on a 3 months fixed term contract.

Firstly, the ideal candidate will be familiar with SCCM and used to troubleshooting when performing such a task. This candidate will also have excellent communication skills with end-users and the aptitude to provide excellent customer service. They will also have the ability to manage their own time and to work out of standard working hours due to the location of some of the users.
This opportunity requires 2-3 years of experience within a second-line technical product or service-focused support role. Furthermore, the ability to problem solve within a technical environment, with excellent time-management skills. We also require you to have a flexible and resilient attitude towards the role, as well as excellent spoken and written English. Additionally, it is an advantage to have SCCM familiarity.
Qualifications required:
ITIL Foundation
CompTIA A+
Microsoft Accreditation
