DV Cleared Azure Active Directory Specialist in Aldermaston.

We have an exciting role for a DV Cleared Azure Active Directory Specialist to join an established company in Aldermaston. Applicants do not have to have current DV clearance but be happy to undergo sc clearance.

This is a hybrid role. As such, IT will result in a 50% split between home and office.

Working as a Azure Active Directory Specialist, you will have a genuine interest in solving IT issues. Above all,  you will be empathetic to customer needs.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, your daily tasks will include the management of Azure and Active Directory services, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues. Above all, this will all be within a complex locked down GPO structure.
To support this, you will collaborate with IT support teams. Crucially, you will  support the Business to develop a strong partnership with our customers.

Secondly, you will support  strategic changes to the service model. Also, you will  implement new statements of work. As a result, you will work closely with both the Operations Manager and Account Project Lead.
Ultimately, you will define and implement a more agile and collaborative structure. Thereby, blending BAU support together with short term projects, as well as ad-hoc requests.

In conclusion, you will follow Agile and ITIL methodologies.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

5 years in an Active Directory role.
Broad experience across Service Management disciplines.
Strong Azure skills. These will include:
Active Directory in a hybrid environment as a SME. (design an AD upgrade and implement for 15000 users with no risk)
Security Delegation, as well as Access Control.
Networking, storage and Firewalls.
Security Access Policies.
Virtual Machine Management.
Monitoring and log analytics.
Enterprise and ADFS.
PowerShell scripting.
Windows Virtual Desktop and Kubernetes.
Endpoint Management which will include Intune.

IN ADDITION

Group Policy Management.
DNS, as well as DHCP and PKI Services.
Scripting experience. For instance using BAT, PowerShell, C# as well as VB Scripts.
Good knowledge across SCCM, WSUS, SCOM 2012, together with AGPM and Lumensions.
Knowledge of Change and Release Management.
Strong communication skills and  be Self-motivated.
Positive attitude, particularly in challenging situations.
ITIL Foundation certificate.
