Bristol Jobs: Permanent Desktop Support Engineer.
The day rate is £130 to £140.

We have an Exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our client on a contract basis in Bristol for an initial 3 weeks. This role is a site based role.

This role inside IR35 so is suitable for umbrella contractors only.

Experience Required:

Firstly, have a minimum of 3 years IT experience as well as a minimum of 2 years desk side support experience.
Have a solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and IT Processes.
Also, Break fix.
Resolve issues with MS Office and Windows OS Pc’s.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with diverse customers of varying levels of IT experience.
Also, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad Support, Android, Windows phone (End user devices only).
Knowledge Anti-Virus.
Tape Management.
Also, be able to work well under pressure.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Also, have good English skills, both written and verbal.
Have the ability to work alone, and as a member of a team.
Strong service and customer ethic
Conscientious and motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
