This is a hybrid role based in Reading.

This role is full-time with a rate of £40,000 to £60,000 plus OTE.

Firstly, as a Technology Sales Executive, you will play a leading role in accelerating the company’s Technology revenue growth across the EMEA region. You will identify, develop, and advance relationships with clients to maximise sales. Also, the candidate will have a proven track record in selling Service Management Solutions or IT Services. The successful candidate will work closely with delivery functions. This is to ensure the successful execution of projects. Also, this is in order to build a personal sales pipeline for long-term success.

 A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Firstly, full sales lifecycle management. This includes lead sourcing to account management.
  • Also, present (new) services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Take ownership of high-value inbound leads from large prospective clients in a responsive and consultative way. This is by supporting them through the entire sales cycle.
  • Provide technical, value-based demonstrations of our partner products configured to an organisation’s requirements and use cases.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Develop and build profitable connections with prospective and past clients.
  • Finally, use knowledge of the market and competitors. This is to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiations.
 IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Firstly, have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum enterprise selling experience of 3 to 5 years working in field sales. This is in the areas of IT Service Management, Workflow, and Automation, Digital Transformation, or other enterprise solutions.
  • 2 plus years of ITSM sales working knowledge.
  • Also, proven ability to create and manage long-term relationships.
  • Ability to identify client issues and needs. Also, translate them into compelling solutions to address what the clients require.
  • Finally, proven commercial negotiation skills and business acumen.
