Hours of cover Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm, on-call rota. Additionally, there is a monthly on-call allowance for this.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a First Line Technical Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation at their prestigious offices in Yate near Bristol. Additionally, the role can be hybrid so some days working from home.
Firstly, assist with installing and maintaining networks, servers, software & hardware.
First Line Support – Inbound Tech Support queries offering support to installer partners relating to CCTV and Alarm signaling systems.
Onboarding of new products, services and technologies.
Processing CCTV applications – including set-up and design.
False Alarm Management – Data analysis
Support provision for our in-house online interactive tech tools.
Preparing compliance documents.
Liaising with service providers via telephone & email.
Emergency out-of-hours support for the Alarm Receiving Centre.
Firstly, experience in external and internal networking with high-level experience with Microsoft OS.
Ideally, you will have some experience working in telecoms but you could have a background of being a CCTV/Intruder Engineer looking for a change.
Crucially, you will have passion, energy, and a desire to succeed as this role offers progression opportunities.
