GTS’s IT Jobs in Greenwich. We have an exciting Dutch fluent Account Manager role. This is to join a blue chip company in North Greenwich, London on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in the assigned territory. Develop and implement agreed upon territory sales plan. This will meet both personal and business goals of growing the customer base in the territory. Work with presales engineering and sales support teams. The aim is to achieve customer satisfaction, account acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term account goals. All of which are in line with the company’s vision and values.
Responsible for the sales of server and storage maintenance agreements.
Show technical selling skills and offer knowledge to prospect, qualify, develop and close new business.
Develop annual sales plan with Sales Manager. This details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting sales quota.
Have a complete understanding of the competitive landscape, pricing, and proposal models.
Have the ability to carry on a business conversation with business influencers and decision makers.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale. This includes all sales resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
Sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Develop a database of qualified leads in CRM through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on prospects, direct mail, email, and networking.
Assist in the execution of company marketing plans in territory as needed.
Source and develop client relationships and referrals.
Demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed qualifying information for pricing and presentation of solutions to identified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. This includes sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory. Also, the use of CRM and Microsoft Outlook to maintain records to boost territory potential.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Participate in training programs offered to company employees.
Assess time management skills. Address opportunities to operate more efficiently.

1 year plus of experience in a Sales role.
Be fluent in Dutch and English.
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
Proven goal attainment track record over multiple plan years.
