Junior Desktop Support Engineer / IT Technician

GTS jobs in Wrexham has a great contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Technician to join a blue-chip company in Wrexham, Conwy County.
This is on an initial 3-month contract.

You must be able to obtain SC Security Clearance. For this reason, we are only able to progress with applications from British nationals.

Responsibilities required for this role:

Perform kt with incumbent engineers.
Assist with the completion of process documentation etc.
Manage Ticket queue for the site as the sole engineer.
Ticketed work to include troubleshooting windows devices and mobile phones, as well as office 365 and other standard software.
IMAC, imaging, and configuration.
Maintenance of asset database.

Key Experience and Skills Needed:

Some previous experience in an IT Role. From 6 to 12 months plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Also, have a good standard of English and Maths skills.
Be a good communicator.
Finally, work well under pressure and adapt to change.
