The pay rate for this Senior Desktop Support Engineer role is £170 to £180 per day.
Also, this is a 6-month contract role.

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Desktop Support engineer working for one of our prestigious clients based on-site in Bishopsgate, London.

You will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience and your customer skills will be second to none.

N.B role is inside IR35 so applicants will need to go through an umbrella company.

Responsibilities:

Firstly, perform L1 and L2 administrative tasks for Windows 10.
Perform laptop and/or desktop build using images.
Perform testing of client applications and report their status.
Also, install the licensed software on end-user machines.
Coordinate with hardware vendors/OEMs for break-fix.
Furthermore provide technical and configuration support for any Office 365 products (E.g. Outlook, Office Suite).
Provide technical expertise for products.
Also, Cisco VPN.
McAfee EPO.
Call Manager (If required).
Work with customer teams for any assistance on SpecOps or PDQ.
Finally, make occasional Chelmsford office visits as per project needs.

Skills and Experience:

Firstly, a DBS check is required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
Finally, have excellent customer service skills.
