Job Description:

As a Problem Management consultant, you will need to have a huge level of experience.
You would need to have many years of experience in a similar role.
You will need to have experience in building processes from the ground up.
High level expectations: – the successful candidate will have the ability to assess how the company deliver Problem Management and provide advice and recommendations.

Personal Attributes required:

Have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Be passionate and professional, with a proactive and a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.
Confidence in liaising with customers and internal colleagues at all levels.
Have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Perform to high standards whilst working under pressure.
Have the ability to work to a deadline.
Have good time management skills in order to meet customer SLAs.
