We have an exciting opportunity for a sales support administrator to join a well established organisation in Watford.

Main duties include:- –

• Booking and managing review appointments for team members. (Contacting service users and their support network and providers)
• Inputting information and managing allocations on company system
• Liaising closely with team members managing their diaries
• Managing spreadsheet of savings created from completed reviews by Review Team members
• Reporting data to finance and relevant parties
• Other general admin duties as and when required:
• Interrogation and updating of company systems
• Data cleansing (i.e. case closures etc.)
• Facilitation and processing of information into the team (telephone calls, letters, emails etc.)
• Administrative support to team members / liaison with other team’s business support
• Business support with diary management for whole team
• Support with performance data collection and presentation
• Managing rotas and general duty with Group Manager / Consultant Practitioner
• Equipment ordering / stationery requests
• Coordination of meetings / supervisions
• General minuting meetings as required
• Minuting of key meetings such as MARM, Best Interest and Safeguarding as required

Key Skills & Qualifications Required

• Ability To Deal Confidently With Enquiries Over The Telephone
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office package
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Flexible Approach To Work
• Good Keyboard Skills
• Previous experience of working in a similar role

Previous public sector experience in any type of role would be desirable.
