Jobs in Paris – IT Support Engineer

GTS are looking for an experienced bilingual French & English-speaking IT Support Engineer (minimum 3 years experience ) with VIP Support experience to join our client’s site in Paris on an initial 3-month contract.

Role is onsite

Fluency in French and English is essential for this role.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, balance priorities quickly and effectively whilst managing customer expectations.
Use a strong and broad-ranging technical and customer-focused background to deliver.
Operate the Service Desk environment and team.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

Firstly, previous experience operating within a Service Desk environment and team, supporting users remotely, and managing tickets through an Incident Management tool.
Furthermore, a strong background in supporting the full Microsoft Office suite on the Windows platform with recent support.
Also, excellent all-around knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, with recent support experience in Windows 7 and 10.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and suites.
Enterprise support of Microsoft Office 365, desktop, and Admin.
Must have very good customer-facing skills and be well presented.
A strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lastly, but most importantly, good attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to work.

Experience and Qualifications:

Firstly, minimum 3 years experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support.
VIP Support Experience.
Fluent in French and English.
Lastly, financial institution experience is desirable but not essential.

Shifts
Rotational 7.30 – 4.30pm or 10.30 – 7pm
5DPW Paris onsite needed
